| Do I need to be at
home when you clean? |
| No. Our cleaners are fully reference
checked. We have a security procedure in place
to ensure your keys are kept safe and any alarm
codes are not disclosed. Our security procedure
cannot be found on this website or in any
documentation and is only discussed privately. |
| How do I pay for the
cleaning services? |
| We will send you a monthly invoice with our
banking details for you to make direct payments.
We only charge for work carried out. So if you
go on holiday you are not billed. |
| Can I change my day or add
additional tasks such as ironing? |
| Yes you can change your day but we do ask
that you give us plenty of notice if you wish to
do this. Likewise if you wish to add extra days
or hours please let us know in advance. You are
more than welcome to add additional tasks such
as ironing. Again let us know as this may
require additional time on your cleaning
schedule. |
| Do we have the same
cleaner each time? |
| Yes you do. We try to maintain a high level
of consistency which works for both parties.
Your cleaner gets to know you and your property.
Likewise you get to know your cleaner and how
they work. From experience we know this is
beneficial especially for you. |
| Do I need to supply
anything? |
| You will need to supply a vacuum cleaner (in
good working order), mop, bucket and a dustpan
and brush. We will supply good quality cleaning
products. |
| Can I change cleaners
if I am not happy? |
| Yes you can. We want you to be very happy
with the service we provide but we are realistic
and know that sometimes things may not work out.
(As rare as that may be). Just let us know and
we will go through our replacement procedure
with you. |

| What about insurance
and other legislation? |
| We have full public and liability insurance
and will provide all relevant documentation such
as COSHH and risk assessments. Our staff are
also trained to use a colour coding system to
ensure safe working practices. |
| What hours do you
work? |
| Our staff are available during the day or
evening during shut down periods. They are fully
briefed should you wish to issue keys and must
adhere to ours and your security procedures. |

| How do you dry clean
carpets. It sounds good? |
| The HOST system works by using
environmentally friendly micro sponges which are
agitate into the carpet removing dirt, dust
mites, allergens and mould spores. |
| Is it safe for asthma
or allergen sufferers? |
| Absolutely! The HOST System has a built in 3
level Hepa Filtration function. Not only does it
clean carpets but has been tried, tested and
approved to increase air quality. |
| What risks are there
using your dry carpet cleaning services ? |
NONE! No shrinkage of carpets, no damage to
underlay, no browning or breakdown of colour.
